Descripción:Epirosmanol is a labiate compound extracted from the genus Epilobium. It is a natural product that has been found to have significant cytotoxicity against cultured human lung cancer cells. Epirosmanol is structurally related to 3-o-caffeoylquinic acid, which is also present in the extract. Laboratory studies have shown that epirosmanol exhibits supercritical fluid extraction and chemical ionization response element (CRE) binding properties.
