Descripción:Tert-butyl indoline-1-carboxylate is a nitrogenous compound that contains a tertiary amine group. It can be synthesized by reacting 2,5-dimethoxybenzyl alcohol with lithium and tetramethylethylenediamine. Tert-butyl indoline-1-carboxylate has been shown to be cytotoxic in vitro and in vivo. It can inhibit the growth of cancer cells by inhibition of DNA synthesis, RNA synthesis, protein synthesis, and lipid biosynthesis. Tert-butyl indoline-1-carboxylate also exhibits potent antiangiogenic effects and induces apoptosis in endothelial cells.
