Descripción:Rogaratinib is a kinase inhibitor drug that is used to treat hyperproliferative disease, such as cancer. It inhibits the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR). Rogaratinib has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of carcinoma cells. It also has an inhibitory effect on proximal tubules in the kidney and bladder. Rogaratinib is a potent inhibitor of PDGFR, but with limited activity against EGFR. This drug also binds tightly to platinum-based chemotherapy drugs, which may be useful for treating cancers that are resistant to other types of therapy.
