It inhibits the synthesis of proteins, which is necessary for the development of cancer cells. 3-Phenylquinoxalin-6-amine was more effective than other drugs in reducing the activity index and blood sampling parameters of patients with chronic pulmonary infections. 3-Phenylquinoxalin-6-amine has also been shown to inhibit the production of cytokines, such as IL1β, TNFα, and IFNγ, by suppressing the production of transcriptional factors such as NFκB and AP1.
