Información del producto
Telomerase Inhibitor IX is a polymerase chain inhibitor that inhibits the transcription of genes by binding to the RNA polymerase. Telomerase Inhibitor IX has demonstrated potent activity in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and inducing apoptosis. Telomerase Inhibitor IX also prevents activation of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) by suppressing signaling pathways. The molecular pathogenesis of EGFR activation is linked to its phosphorylation, which occurs at tyrosine 845 (Y845). This phosphorylation is necessary for signal transduction and proliferation. It has been shown that Telomerase Inhibitor IX can suppress the activation of EGFR by interfering with its phosphorylation at Y845.
