Descripción:EG 00229 is a potential anti-cancer agent that belongs to the class of nitrobenzothiadiazoles. It has been shown to inhibit the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR). This drug can be used for the treatment of cancer, as it has been shown to suppress tumor growth and metastasis in in vitro and in vivo models. EG 00229 has been shown to interact with tissues and cells, which might lead to an increased risk of certain side effects.
