Descripción:G-479 is a compound that belongs to the group of anilino derivatives. It has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of bone resorption in animals and in vitro, as well as having potent anti-inflammatory properties. G-479 inhibits inflammatory pain by inhibiting the production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS).
