BPR1K871 is a synthetic, orally bioavailable anticancer compound that has potent anticancer activity. It is a multi-kinase inhibitor that inhibits the activity of aurora kinases A and B, AKT, ERK1/2, and JNK. BPR1K871 also inhibits the enzymatic activity of PDGFRβ kinase, which is involved in the proliferation of cancer cells. BPR1K871 has been shown to have no significant impurities and is stable in human plasma. This compound has been shown to have potent anticancer activity in preclinical studies with no toxicity to normal cells.
