Información del producto
1-(4-Bromophenyl)cyclobutanol (1-BPBC) is a bioactive molecule that can be synthesized in a scalable manner. It is cleaved by the nitrate radical to form 1,2,3-trioxo-1,3-dihydrobenzo[b]cyclobutene (TDCB). Mechanistic studies have shown that 1-BPBC is cleaved by ammonium to form an intermediate radical. The intermediate radical reacts with fluorine to form TDCB and ammonium fluoride. TDCB has been shown to exhibit various biological activities, such as antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
