4-(2-Bromo-4-fluoro-6-methylbenzyl)morpholine (4BFMBM) is a drug that acts as an antagonist of the histamine H3 receptor. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of diabetes and metabolic disorders. 4BFMBM works by antagonizing the histamine H3 receptor, which is primarily located in the central nervous system (CNS).
