Descripción:Molibresib besylate is a drug that has shown to be effective against solid tumours and has been shown to modulate toll-like receptor (TLR) signalling. Molibresib besylate is a TLR4 modulator, which is a protein that regulates the immune system. It inhibits TLR-mediated signalling by binding to the Toll-like receptor, preventing it from interacting with its natural ligand. This drug also binds to lysine residues in proteins and inhibits transcriptional regulation of genes. In addition, molibresib besylate can inhibit human protein synthesis by disrupting transcriptional regulation of genes that encode for proteins.
