Información del producto
1-Bromo-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethoxy)benzene (1BNTFB) is a probe for the diagnosis of non-alcoholic steatosis. It can be used as an activator to increase the uptake of 1BNTFB, which can then be detected with positron emission tomography (PET). This probe has been shown to have a high specificity for hepatic steatosis and is used in combination with other imaging agents such as glucose or Tc-99m sulfur colloid. 1BNTFB has been shown to modulate inflammation and hepatic fibrosis in mice.
