Ravoxertinib hydrochloride is a small molecule that inhibits the activity of the RET tyrosine kinase. It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in mouse models of mesenchymal, esophageal, and metastatic tumor cells by targeting the RET pathway. Ravoxertinib hydrochloride has been investigated for its ability to regulate cell migration and invasion, as well as its effects on tissue remodeling processes. This drug has also been shown to induce apoptosis in malignant cells in vitro and in vivo.
