Descripción:Flumatinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that binds to the receptor molecule, preventing the binding of imatinib. Flumatinib has been shown to be effective against chronic myelogenous leukemia and lymphoma. It also has anthelmintic activity and is used in veterinary medicine to treat parasitic infections in cattle. Flumatinib is a glucuronide conjugate of flumatinib, which is a metabolite of imatinib and is responsible for its anti-cancer activity. Flumatinib has been shown to have diagnostic potential by selectively binding with human serum albumin (HSA) and k562 cells.
