(2R)-N-[4-[2-[(4-Morpholin-4-ylphenyl)amino]pyrimidin-4-yl]phenyl]pyrrolidine-2-carboxamide is a potent and selective oxytocin receptor antagonist. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of chronic bronchitis, but not asthma. The stereoselectivity of this drug is due to the presence of a hydroxyl group at the 2 position on the pyrrolidine ring, which may lead to better oral bioavailability.
