• Descripción: P110'-IN-1 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the p110 catalytic subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) and inhibits its activity. P110'-IN-1 has been shown to have immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and in vivo. This drug is being developed for the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis, and ulcerative colitis.
