DLK-IN-1 is a peptide that is an activator of the potassium ion channel. DLK-IN-1 binds to the ligand binding domain of the channel and inhibits the channel from opening. It has been shown to inhibit potassium channels, specifically Kv1.2, in vitro. DLK-IN-1 has also been shown to inhibit protein interactions with ion channels, such as interactions between beta adrenergic receptors and alpha 2A adrenergic receptors. DLK-IN-1 is highly pure, having a purity of 99%. The CAS number for this peptide is 1620574-24-4.
