It was shown to have IC50 values in the range of 10-30 μM in a lc-ms/ms method. 2-(Ethylsulfonyl)ethanamine hydrochloride is readily soluble in water and can be used for the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations. The inhibition activity was confirmed by linear regression analysis.
