Descripción

BMY 7378 Dihydrochloride is an experimental agent that has been used in the treatment of bone cancer. It is a potent and selective antagonist for the alpha-7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, with low potency for the α-4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. BMY 7378 Dihydrochloride has been shown to inhibit locomotor activity and antagonize the effects of nicotine in animal studies. This drug also inhibits angiogenesis and has anti-inflammatory properties.
