Descripción:PNU112455A hydrochloride is a small-molecule growth factor that is a potent inhibitor of the CDK4/6 enzyme. PNU112455A hydrochloride binds to and dephosphorylates CDK4/6, which inhibits the phosphorylation of Rb by cyclin E and prevents the transition from G1 to S phase in cells. PNU112455A hydrochloride has been shown to inhibit growth in cancer cells such as MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and miapaca-2 cells. It appears to have a cell-specific apoptotic effect.
