Descripción:1-Phenylcyclopropanesulfonamide (PCPS) is a drug that binds to the P2Y12 receptor and inhibits platelet aggregation. It has been shown to be effective in reducing bleeding time, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the activation of thrombin. PCPS also has antithrombotic properties, and has been shown to inhibit collagen-induced platelet aggregation. This drug also binds to the P2Y12 receptor with high affinity, but it does not have any effect on agonist-mediated responses.
