Descripción:Crosstide is a fluorescent probe that can be used to detect cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDE) in mammalian cells. Crosstide is a specific antibody that recognizes the human protein PDE4A. Crosstide has been shown to react with PDEs in human cells, and has been shown to alter the regulation of cyclic nucleotide levels, specifically cAMP levels, in these cells. Crosstide may be used to diagnose diseases such as cancer, which are characterized by altered levels of cAMP.
