Descripción

This is a compound that is extracted from the bark of the Acacia tree and has shown to have antiinflammatory activity. It contains protocatechuic acid, acetate extract, and other bioactive molecules. α-Amyrin palmitate has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity in mice by inhibiting the production of inflammatory mediators such as β-amyrin. It also inhibits bladder cancer cells and reduces tumor size in mice with cancer. α-Amyrin palmitate is not an effective anticancer drug for non-competitive inhibitors.
