Cannabivarin is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid with a chemical structure similar to that of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Cannabivarin is an ingredient in synthetic cannabis products and has been shown to have anticancer effects. The physiological function of cannabivarin is not yet well understood, but it may be involved in the regulation of bone mass and density. It also has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
