Descripción:Pyrotinib dimaleate is a potent antitumor agent that binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells. The molecular weight of pyrotinib dimaleate is 576.63 daltons, which is too large for intravenous administration. Pyrotinib dimaleate has been shown to inhibit the growth of solid tumours in animals, but no clinical trials have been conducted on humans. Experiments using a quinoline derivative with a smaller molecular weight are currently being conducted. In animal models, pyrotinib dimaleate has shown an effective dose between 10-30 mg/kg/day.
