Descripción:SZL P1-41 is a secretase inhibitor that inhibits the activity of ubiquitin ligases. It has been shown to inhibit the progress of Alzheimer's disease in wild-type mice, and it also inhibits cell growth and proliferation in prostate cancer cells. SZL P1-41 inhibits the fibrillization of amyloid protein by preventing its binding to other proteins, which decreases the production of beta-amyloid peptides. This drug is currently being investigated as a potential anticancer agent due to its ability to inhibit cell cycle progression and induce apoptosis.
