ML365 is a drug that has been shown to inhibit the activity of tyrosine kinases, which are enzymes that catalyze the addition of phosphate groups to proteins. ML365 is currently being studied for its potential use as an anti-cancer drug. The inhibition of tyrosine kinase activity by ML365 leads to decreased neuronal function and expression, decreased cancer cell proliferation, and modulation of tumor-associated angiogenesis. This compound has been shown to be effective in vitro against carcinoma cells and cancer cells derived from ventral prostate tissue. It has also been shown to have an inhibitory effect on atrial myocytes and noradrenergic neurons in vitro.
