3-Chloro-2-[(4-methylphenyl)sulfanyl]aniline is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the CB2 receptor. It is used as an immunosuppressant in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, and cancer. 3-Chloro-2-[(4-methylphenyl)sulfanyl]aniline has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of colorectal carcinoma cells by blocking the activity of the receptor for prostaglandin E2 (PGE2).
