06:0-06:0 NBD pg is a potent and selective ligand for the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. It binds to the receptor with high affinity and has been used as a research tool in pharmacology, protein interactions, peptides, cell biology, antibody production and other areas of life science. 06:0-06:0 NBD pg is also an inhibitor of potassium channels. It has been shown to inhibit currents through these channels by binding to the extracellular domain at the interface between two domains. 06:0-06:0 NBD pg is supplied as a lyophilized powder for reconstitution with water or buffer. The ligand is soluble in water or DMSO.
