This kit is for use specifically in quantitating JSR Life Sciences' Protein A Amsphere™ A3 ligand. It features an assay protocol that eliminates sample boiling and the subsequent centrifugation step, thereby reducing assay time by more than 1 hour. The kit is highly sensitive and detects Amsphere™ A3 ligand to levels of less than 50 pg/ml. Please use Sample Diluent, Item No. I600, with these kits; also included in the kit.Note: Amsphere™ Protein A JWT203 ligand has been discontinued by JSR Life Sciences.
