Descripción:BioLit QuickRxn EcoRI is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant EcoRI gene. The molecular weight is 32.0 kDa. In molecular biology it is used as a restriction enzyme. It creates sticky ends with 5' end overhangs. The nucleic acid sequence where the enzyme cuts is GAATTC, which, as the complementary sequence is CTTAAG, has rotational symmetry. The reaction is conducted for 5 -15 minutes at 37°C ( Quick digestion with high fidelity) and heat-inactivated at 65°C for 20 minutes. Not sensitive to dam, dcm but Inhibition by CpG methylation. It is accompanied with the specific QuickRxn Buffer to enable 100 % enzyme activity.Concentration : 20U/mcl
