Descripción:BioLit QuickRxn Restriction Enzyme is highly purified and quickly digests the substrate DNA. QuickRxn NotI is capable of digesting DNA in 15 minutes or less with the flexibility to digest overnight without degradation to DNA. It is accompained with the specific QuickRxn Buffer to enable 100 % enzyme activity NotI binds at the recognition sequence GCGGCCGC and cleaves these sequences. It creates sticky ends. Not sensitive to dam, dcm methylation but Inhibition by CpG methylation. It is derived from the E.coli strain encoding NotI gene from Nocardia otitidis-caviarum
