Descripción:Applications 1-Bromo-2,3-dimethyl-benzene is a useful synthetic intermediate. It is used as a reagent to synthesize vaniprevir. It can also be used to synthesize various piperidine derivatives, e.g., 4-arylpiperidines and cinnamoylpiperidine, which are 5-HT2C agonist and PAR1 antagonist, respectively.
