Descripción:Stability HygroscopicApplications Digallic Acid is an intermolecular ester of Gallic acid (G188900), a phenolic acid with antioxidant activity. Gallic acid was found to protect human cells against oxidative damage and showed cytotoxicity against cancer cells.
