Applications Pomalidomide N-Carbonyl-3-nitrobenzoic Acid is an impurity of Pomalidomide, which is a thalidomide derivative, a potent inhibitor of TNF-α production. It is an antiinflammatory and antitumor agent used in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
