Descripción:Stability Moisture SensitiveApplications Phenyl Dichlorophosphate is used as a reagent in the synthesis of aspartic acid based nucleoside phosphoramidate prodrugs as potent inhibitors of hepatitis C virus replication. Also a reagent in the synthesis of nucleotide prodrugs of 2'-deoxy-2'-spirooxetane ribonucleosides as inhibitors of HCV NS5B polymerase.
