• Descripción: Applications Pimobendan is a cardiotonic agent. The study of the cardiotonic mechanism of Pimobendan using ventricular muscles from rabbits and guinea pigs suggests that Pimobendan acts by inhibiting phosphodiesterase III and potassium channel.
