Applications Pravastatin 6'-Ketone Sodium Salt is an impurity of Pravastatin Sodium (P702000), which is a competitive inhibitor of HMG-CoA reductase. It can be used as a drug to for lowering cholesterol and preventing cardiovascular disease.
