Applications Isotope labelled Thiophanate-methy (T344810)l, which is a systematic fungicide of the thiophanate class. Thiophanate-Methyl is commonly used in agriculture to protect against powdery mildew, rot and other fungal (1,2) diseases in fruits, vegetables and other crops (3). May also function as a pesticide with cocarcinogenesis effects on insects observed. Antihelmintic (4).Drinking water contaminant candidate list 3 (CCL 3) compound as per United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), environmental, and food contaminants.
