nitrure de bore (BN) est un composé chimique polyvalent composé de bore et d'azote, connu pour ses propriétés et applications uniques. Il existe sous plusieurs formes structurelles, y compris hexagonale (h-BN), cubique (c-BN) et wurtzite (w-BN), h-BN étant la forme la plus stable et couramment utilisée.
