AZD2906
CAS :
AZD2906 is a drug that acts as a selective and potent TNF-α receptor antagonist. It has been shown to inhibit the production of TNF-α in response to LPS, which is a proinflammatory stimulus. AZD2906 inhibits the production of TNF-α by binding to the TNF-α receptors on cells, thereby blocking its activation. This drug also has a pharmacological mechanism of action that involves antagonism of cellular receptors, with binding affinity for the glucocorticoid receptor. The pharmacokinetic properties of AZD2906 have been studied in rats and dogs. These studies showed that the substance is well absorbed orally and can be detected in plasma within an hour after administration. It has also been shown to be distributed into various tissues, including liver and spleen, where it accumulates at higher concentrations than in plasma.
AZD2906 has been evaluated as an anti-inflammatory agent in clinical trials involving patients with moderate to severe rhe
Formule :C26H25FN4O3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :460.5 g/molAZD2906
