CAS :
Oxythiamine diphosphate ammonium is a coenzyme found in animals that is necessary for the conversion of thiamine pyrophosphate to its active form, thiamine diphosphate. Thiamine diphosphate is essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids. Oxythiamine diphosphate ammonium has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on enzymes that catalyze the decarboxylation of amino acids. This inhibition may be due to its ability to bind to regulatory sites and alter their conformation, thereby affecting the enzymatic activity of these enzymes. In addition, oxythiamine diphosphate ammonium has been shown to activate enzymes involved in the synthesis of proteins from amino acids and other nitrogenous compounds. It also plays a role in plant physiology by activating enzymes involved in photosynthesis and respiration.
Formule :C12H18N3O8P2S•(HCl)XDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Couleur et forme :PowderMasse moléculaire :426.3 g/molOxythiamine diphosphate
