CAS :<p>Chlorodenafil is an analog of tadalafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor. It is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The safety and efficacy of chlorodenafil have not been established. This drug is not recommended for use by patients with severe hepatic impairment or those who are taking medicines that inhibit CYP3A4.
