CAS :
MK6-83 is a synthetic molecule that has been shown to have antimicrobial activity. It inhibits the function of cation channels, which are membrane proteins that form pores in the cell membrane and regulate ion flow. MK6-83 also inhibits autophagy, a process by which cells clear out damaged or unnecessary components. In animal models, MK6-83 has been shown to inhibit tumor growth and prolong survival. The mechanism of action for this drug is not yet well understood but may involve reactive chlorine atoms or non-selective cations.
Formule :C16H20N2O2S2Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :336.47 g/mol
