CAS :SMND-309, a metabolite of salvianolic acid B, exhibits neuroprotective effects in cultured neurons and in rats subjected to permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion.Formule :C18H14O8Degré de pureté :98%Couleur et forme :SolidMasse moléculaire :358.302SMND-309
CAS :SMND-309 is a polyphenolic compound that has been shown to inhibit the phosphorylation of insulin receptor and protein kinase B (Akt), thereby inhibiting the downstream pathways of insulin signaling. SMND-309 also inhibits the activity of enzymes such as malondialdehyde, 3t3-L1 preadipocyte, and acyl coenzyme A oxidase. SMND-309 has been shown to decrease cellular ROS production, which is an indicator of oxidative stress. It has also been shown to increase mitochondrial membrane potential in rat liver cells.
