CAS :Produit contrôlé
Buprenorphine N-oxide is a metabolite of buprenorphine. It is the major component in human urine, with a concentration of 0.2% to 2%. The elimination of buprenorphine N-oxide has been shown to be slower than that of buprenorphine in humans. Buprenorphine N-oxide is an active metabolite that binds to the same opioid receptors as buprenorphine and norbuprenorphine. This drug has been shown to have similar effects on the human liver as buprenorphine, but it does not cause respiratory depression or sedation. Buprenorphine N-oxide also has been shown to inhibit cytochrome P450 enzymes in the liver microsomes of rats and mice, which may lead to an increase in the rate of elimination of other drugs, such as methadone and propoxyphene, by competing for hepatic metabolism.
Formule :C29H41NO5Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Couleur et forme :PowderMasse moléculaire :483.64 g/mol
