CAS :Cefoperazone dihydrate is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that inhibits the production of bacterial cell walls. It binds to the penicillin-binding proteins in the bacterial cell wall by competitive inhibition. Cefoperazone dihydrate is used to treat infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus, including methicillin-resistant strains, and Clostridium perfringens. Cefoperazone dihydrate also has anti-malignant activity, which may be due to its ability to inhibit tumor growth and induce apoptosis. The drug is detectable in urine using liquid chromatography with multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) detection methods. This method can be used for quantification of cefoperazone in human urine samples.Formule :C25H27N9O8S2·2H2ODegré de pureté :Min. 95%Couleur et forme :PowderMasse moléculaire :681.7 g/mol
