CAS :Produit contrôlé
Cholic acid-D4 is a fatty acid that is found in the bile and is used for sample preparation in high-throughput analysis. Cholic acid-D4 has been shown to be involved in cancer and diabetes. In a study of patients with type 2 diabetes, it was found that cholic acid-D4 levels were higher in those who had insulin resistance. The relationship between cholic acid-D4 levels and insulin resistance was investigated using logistic regression and multivariate logistic regression. The results showed that cholic acid-D4 levels are correlated with insulin resistance. Other studies have shown that high levels of this fatty acid are associated with increased risk of pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, leukemia, and lymphoma. Dietary intake of cholic acid-D4 may contribute to an increased risk of developing these cancers.
Formule :C24H36D4O5Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :412.6 g/molCholic Acid-d4
