2-(2-Ethyl-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)ethan-1-amine is a ligand that binds to the Activator site on the Ligand binding domain of the beta2 adrenergic receptor. It also binds to the Receptor site on the beta2 adrenergic receptor and blocks catecholamine binding. 2-(2-Ethyl-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)ethanamine has been shown to inhibit ion channels in cell culture studies.
