CAS :
AM211 is a novel, orally active, small-molecule inhibitor of the follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) receptor. It has been shown to inhibit FSH-dependent follicle development in rats and monkeys. AM211 is an amide derivative of clomiphene and binds to the FSH receptor with high affinity. This drug also inhibits the binding of FSH to its receptor in vitro, but does not inhibit luteinizing hormone (LH) binding or LH-dependent follicle growth in vivo. Clinical studies have shown that AM211 has a half-life of 8 hours in humans, which is two times longer than that of clomiphene. The terminal half life was found to be 10 hours in monkeys. AM211 is metabolized through oxidative pathways by cytochrome P450 enzymes and exhibits pharmacokinetic properties similar to other drugs that are substrates for these enzymes.
Formule :C27H27F3N2O4Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :500.51 g/mol
